Don Weiher is the Founder, President, and Managing Partner of AGI Capital Management. AGI is a financial services practice that provides holistic wealth management advice and capabilities as well as access to lending products and services through Wells Fargo Advisors affiliates. Don grew up in Toledo, Ohio & graduated from The Ohio State University in 2009 where he majored in real estate and urban development. Don began his career in financial services in 2009 as a part-time teller with Bank of America and quickly ascended to the top commercial banker in the country from 2010 to 2014. In 2014 he began his career in wealth management working for Bank of America Private Bank (formerly known as US Trust Private Wealth Management) focusing on ultra-high net worth families. As one of the top advisors at the Private Bank, Don was named Managing Director in 2021 and in 2022 left Bank of America with his core team to start AGI Capital Management.  

Don’s background in commercial banking and real estate allowed him to focus on working with business owners, family offices and real estate focused families to achieve their financial goals through wealth management, investment planning and complex real estate financing strategies to help grow their balance sheet. More recently he has developed a niche working with celebrities, athletes and public figures by helping them with wealth management, investment planning, budgeting, bill pay and credit education. Don most enjoys working with clients in constructing their overall wealth plans and educating the families they work with.

Don and his wife Jessica spend most of their personal life raising their 3 children Ariana, Graciella & Don III (Trey) as well as traveling. Don is very involved in his local community having held board seats at the YMCA of South Florida, Saint Anthony Friends for Education Foundation, Broward Center for the Performing Arts Ghost Light Steering Committe, the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and serves as Treasurer of Saint Anthony’s Catholic School Foundation for Education Board. Additionally, Don is a graduate of the Leadership Miami and Leadership Fort Lauderdale programs.

Jeff Besselievre is the co-founder and Managing Principal of AGI Capital Management. AGI is a financial services practice that provides holistic wealth management advice and capabilities as well as access to lending products and services through Wells Fargo Advisors affiliates. Jeff graduated from University of North Carolina Charlotte with a BS in Finance and Economics. Jeff has spent 14 years in the wealth management industry where he began his career as an investment consultant out of Charlotte, NC where he was advising families on retirement planning, investment management, and risk management. In addition to overseeing his own wealth management practice, Jeff began building out a team and overseeing several other advisors, helping them build and grow their practices.  

Jeff moved to south Florida in 2013 and joined the Private Bank at Bank of America, formerly US Trust. He spent the last 9 years working as a Portfolio Manager in the ultra-high net worth space. In the recent years, serving as a senior portfolio manager, Jeff partnered with Don Weiher in building a wealth management practice and managing the investment assets of the clients which consist of business owners, their families, and professional athletes. 

Jeff has competed and received several designations including the CAIA CHARTERED ALTERNATIVE MANAGEMENT ANALYST, CIMA® CERTIFIED INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST, and CFP® CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®. Jeff is also a PIM® Portfolio Manager within Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and Chartered Alternative Investment Analysts Association.

Jeff lives in Miami with his wife Gaby, their daughter Isabella and son Gabriel.

Alex Marchuk is a Managing Director, PIM Portfolio Manager at AGI Capital Management.  AGI is a financial services practice that provides holistic wealth management advice and capabilities as well as access to lending products and services through Wells Fargo Advisors affiliates.  Alex grew up in Atlanta Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics.  Alex is an industry veteran with over 24 years of investment management experience.  

Alex started his investment career in 1999 as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley in Atlanta Georgia, and then joined U.S. Trust, Bank of America’s Private bank where he spent 15 years as fiduciary portfolio manager advising High Net Worth & Ultra High Net Worth Private Bank clients in Atlanta, Nashville and ultimately the South Florida market starting in 2013.  Alex also served as an Institutional Investment Strategist with U.S. Trust for several years in the New England area managing a multi-billion dollar portfolio of Institutional Investments for Large Private Foundations, Endowments and Philanthropic organizations.  Prior to joining AGI Capital Management Alex was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Fifth Third’s Private Bank out of Fort Lauderdale Florida for the past 8 years.

Throughout Alex’s career he has served as a voting member on multiple internal investment committee’s opining on the markets, tactical asset allocation decisions, economics, equity markets and fixed income markets.  As a voting committee member Alex helped create and maintain the top of the house investment outlook on a national level.

Alex lives in Wellington, Florida with his wife and 3 children.
